Start with bare, dry skin. Cleanse thoroughly to remove makeup, sunscreen, and the day's residue. The skin barrier must be clean for the EMS signal to transmit cleanly and the serum to bind evenly. No oils, no acids, no actives in this step, they come later.

Conductive medium
Apply a generous layer of PureLift Activator Serum across the full treatment area; jaw, cheeks, brow, neck. The serum is the conductive medium the EMS signal travels through. Skip it, and the device cannot reach the muscle. Apply enough to leave the skin visibly wet, not just damp. Reapply mid-session if the skin starts to dry.
Smart calibration
Power on the device. Start at the lowest level and increase gradually until you feel a firm, even muscle contraction, strong enough to register, never sharp enough to sting. Most users settle between levels 3 and 6. Sensitive areas like the brow and under-eye warrant one level lower than the jaw. The right setting is the one you barely notice after thirty seconds.
Proper treatment
Place both heads flat against the skin and glide in slow, controlled upward strokes, jaw to ear, cheekbone to temple, mid-face to hairline, brow outward. Five minutes per side. The device beeps to signal each phase. Keep the heads in constant contact at all times, lifting breaks the circuit. If the device stops gliding smoothly, reapply serum immediately. Do not rush. The slower the stroke, the deeper the contraction.
