Cost comparison cannot turn different interventions into equivalents

PDM and the evidence boundary

For category-level context, Kavanagh et al. reported a randomized controlled trial of a neuromuscular electrical stimulation device for facial muscle toning (PMID 23174048). The study did not test PureLift or establish a head-to-head advantage over any named device, treatment, or service.

All five models use PDM™, which combines Dynamic Modulation™ with Triple-Wave™. Dynamic Modulation™ cycles through 361 frequencies from 1,370 to 1,730 Hz. Triple-Wave™ layers a low-frequency component for surface anaesthetic effect, a mid-frequency component associated with the dermal layer, and a high-frequency component for deeper muscle reach.

Varied-frequency research supports a reduction in accommodation relative to constant frequency under tested conditions. It does not prove that PureLift prevents accommodation, guarantees long-term progression, or creates a superior result to an injectable. Frequency alone is not the motor threshold. Output, waveform, pulse characteristics, contact, placement, and anatomy matter.

Do not prescribe around procedures

Questions about using an electrical device before or after Botox, filler, or another procedure belong with the licensed treating clinician and the current product instructions. Start with the exact PureLift model price and any tax, shipping, financing, and conductivity cost that actually applies. Then record completed sessions. For injectable care, use a current written quote for the planned product, provider, and treatment area. Keep the two totals separate because they purchase different mechanisms.

Do not assume that a PureLift device will last three or five years, that an injectable will last a fixed number of months, or that a person will repeat a procedure on a universal schedule.
