The lab behind the EMS treatments at Caudalie, Canyon Ranch, Dr. Barbara Sturm, Aman and 500+ spas.

PureLift originally manufactured the device FaceGym sold as FaceGym Pro, built in Japan by the Xtreem Pulse team. The same engineering culture still builds the PureLift line, now offered to professional partners directly.

The science behind the results

What is muscle accommodation?

Every EMS treatment meets the same physiological limit: neural accommodation. When the nervous system is exposed to a repeating electrical pattern, it recognises that pattern within minutes and the muscle response fades, even while the session continues.

For a practitioner, that is the line between a client who sees a visible lift and one who plateaus. Fixed-frequency devices hit that wall mid-treatment.

PureLift's Pulse Dynamic Modulation (PDM++) is engineered around it. The signal cycles continuously across 361 frequencies, from 1,370 to 1,730 Hz, so the pattern the nervous system is trying to predict keeps shifting and the muscle stays recruited for the full session. The result you can offer clients: deeper, more consistent engagement, and outcomes that build session over session rather than flattening out.

Pulse Dynamic Modulation PDM++

The original modulated EMS waveform. Low, medium and high frequencies randomised across 1.37 to 1.73 kHz, so muscles never adapt and the lift never plateaus. Patented globally, built by the team that pioneered facial EMS.
