Returns/Refunds

Returns: Authorization Required

To initiate a return, you must obtain an authorization number by emailing us within 14 days of purchase. If the device has been opened and used, a return fee will be automatically assessed. No returns or refunds will be accepted after 14 days.

Return Fees:

  • PureLift Pro or Pro Plus: $125
  • PureLift Face: $85

Eligibility for Refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned product, we will process a refund, deducting any shipping costs, taxes, duties for importation, and the return fee. The product must be shipped via FEDEX, UPS, or another insurable service with signature delivery requested. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit, so ensure the package is fully insured.

  • Do not send returns via USPS; packages sent via USPS will be rejected.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged products in transit, so please ensure the package is fully insured.

Refund Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
