PureLift represents a new category of facial stimulation technology.

Unlike traditional microcurrent devices, which typically operate at very low frequencies and focus primarily on surface-level skin appearance, PureLift uses patented PDM + Triple Wave Technology to combine low, medium, and high frequency stimulation in one advanced facial platform.

The goal is to activate the small, sensitive muscles of the face in a way that feels refined, consistent, and effective — without relying on a harsh surface pull.

Each PureLift set includes:

PureLift uses gentle electrical impulses to activate the facial muscles and epidermis.  

At first, the sensation may feel slightly unusual, especially as the muscles begin to respond.

Most users describe it as a light tingling or pulsing sensation beneath the skin. 

The treatment is designed to be comfortable and painless when used as directed.  

If you do not feel any sensation when using PureLift, the device may not be activated correctly, the intensity may be too low, or you may need more conductive serum.

Here are a few helpful steps to check:

Helpful hints for using PureLift

1. Make sure the device is fully charged
PureLift should be fully charged before use. Depending on the model, charging may take between 2 and 12 hours.

2. Disconnect the charging cord
The device will not operate while connected to the USB charging cable or power supply. Always unplug it before use.

3. Prepare your skin
Clean skin is important for proper conductivity. Remove all makeup, moisturizer, oils, and skincare products before use. For best results, wash and gently exfoliate beforehand.

4. Apply enough conductive serum
PureLift requires conductive serum to work properly. If your skin feels dry or you do not feel stimulation, apply more serum.

5. Increase the intensity within 10 seconds
After turning on the device, press the + button within 10 seconds to increase the intensity. If the intensity is not increased promptly, the timer may shut off as a safety feature.

6. Adjust to your comfort level
Everyone’s skin and sensitivity levels are different. Slowly increase the intensity until you feel a gentle stimulation.

Important note: PureLift does not vibrate. It uses electrical impulses to activate the facial muscles, so the sensation is different from a vibrating facial device.

After each use, gently wipe the metal treatment heads and device surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove any remaining conductive serum.

Do not submerge the device in water or use harsh cleaning products.

For best care:

1. Turn the device off before cleaning.
2. Wipe away excess serum with a soft damp cloth.
3. Dry with a clean towel or tissue.
4. Store the device in a cool, dry place.

Avoid using alcohol, abrasive cleaners, or soaking the device, as this may damage the surface or internal components.

Do not use PureLift if you have the following: 

Have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or implanted electronic device
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have epilepsy or a history of seizures
Have active cancer or are currently undergoing cancer treatment
Have a serious heart condition or uncontrolled cardiovascular condition
Have metal implants in the treatment area
Have an active skin infection, open wound, severe acne flare, or broken skin on the face
Have recently had facial surgery or a medical procedure unless cleared by your doctor
Have recently received Botox, filler, threads, laser, or other aesthetic treatments unless cleared by your practitioner -Typically two weeks after injectables.  
Have reduced skin sensation or a condition that affects your ability to feel stimulation properly

• The eyes or eyelids
• The front of the neck/throat
• The chest or heart area
• Open wounds, inflamed skin, or irritated areas
