Shipping policy

We reserve the right to ship with Signature Delivery. You agree to ensure that either you or an authorized person will be available on the delivery date. If delivery attempts are made and neither you nor an authorized person is available to accept the package, you will need to arrange for the package to be held at a local FedEx or other shipping location.

If the shipment is returned due to the recipient being unavailable or if the "business is closed," and the shipment is sent back to Xtreem Pulse, a $19.99 USD fee may be charged for reshipping. If a refund is requested, $19.99 will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

Taxes/Duties & Customs:   Prices shown on the websites are exclude any applicable customs duties, taxes, import taxes, brokerage fees or other similar charges imposed by the destination country( " import. charges ")  The buyer is solely responsible for all import Charges or for complying with all local import regulations.  Xtreem Pulse LLC d/b/a PureLift LAB is not responsible or liable for any Import Charges, delays, holds, or seizures by customs authorities. 

Xtreem Pulse LLC  is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or alternate addresses provided by the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that a valid shipping address is provided where packages can be reliably received. In cases where an order is returned due to address issues, fulfillment will resume only after the unit has been received back by Xtreem Pulse LLC
